Okin the Panda Bear Finds His Family – by Jeff Lutes -This is a sweet story about a deaf panda bear who finds a forever family that teaches him how to talk with his hands. The Sacred Thread: A True Story of Becoming a Mother and Finding a Family–Half a World Away by Adrienne Arieff- A Beautifully written book about the struggle with infertility and a woman’s gift half a world away.  Adrienne, unable to conceive turned to a clinic in a  remote village in India to find a surrogate for her. The two women bonded during the pregnancy and although they spoke different languages they learned how to communicate.  Adrienne’s journey is one of hope, love and culture. price $15.99 for paperback  – $11.99 for the Kindle edition

Delivering Hope by Jennifer Ann Holt – It seems that this title is very popular since it is the title of at least three other books I have reviewed.  In this book Holt tells the story of a woman struggling with infertility and a high school teenager who finds herself pregnant.  Showing both sides of adoption through each characters eyes. Well written and insightful this book really helps you see both sides of adoption. price $14.99 – paperback $3.82 Kindle edition.
